"I just want to express my thanks to both of you for providing a great machine and service. This machine surpasses all my expectations. I love the frame. It seemed like a lot of money, but it was worth it and it works like a charm. I put on a practice quilt and had a ball. The stitches look so uniform, no thread breakage, I love the new large bobbins and the bobbin winder works beautifully. You can use my testimony for anyone thinking of upgrading. I am so glad I made the right decision. The machine is so easy to use. Thanks again to both of you. I am a very happy quilter."

"As I grew up years ago on the farm, I loved to look out of my upstairs bedroom window after a snowfall. I could hardly wait to put on my boots and disturb the big smooth white field below, then rush back in the house and peer out at the designs I left behind. That is the same joy I am experiencing taking these blank quilt tops and making them mine. The machine is working great...the operator is of course still learning, but loving every minute of it. It is rather addictive!! I have finished up a practice piece, and am now continuing on to more projects. I've had a few tension issues when I change materials and use different batting, but I am getting it all sorted out. I am getting more comfortable with the machine, and it seems to be just what I hoped it would be. Thank you for being easy to work with and providing quality products. "

"Hi Dan, Just wanted to let you know that we're very happy with the Hobby Quilter as well as the Super Quilter frame. My husband built us an 8 foot table and we mounted the ends of the frame with carpet tack tape available at Lowe's. We haven't had the need to tack either of the tracks. The Hobby Quilter sews beautifully. We experimented with the speed and movement of the machine and have the dial up to 8 and have had no breakage of thread. We quilted a small quilt yesterday and found that if we turned it lengthwise, we only had to roll it 3 times. I have no objection to your using my name and e-mail address for a testimonial on your machine and frame. Thank you again for all of your help. "

"I had to let you know how much I love my Nolting Hobby Quilter. I bought it used from you about 18 months ago and look what I have done with it. I was not an experienced quilter but even though I'm in my mid 60's I was able to start winning shows immediatly. (Think what I could do if I had a stitch regulator} The blue ribbons started coming in about 2 months after I got it. I have won all these and still have a drawer full I didn't photograph. In my opinion this must be the best mid arm on the market, It has run like a dream and I have no problems. It is the perfect size. I am looking foreward to the day I can upgrade to the fun quilter with a stitch regulator. I recomend these to anyone thinking of investing in a quilting machine. I belong to 3 different guilds and have demonstrated my machine many times to the members and their guests. (Hope I sold a couple for you!) Excellent quality at a great price! Thank you "

"My new Nolting 24 Pro is here! Generally, I am not a big contributor to blogs and other on line sites but today it is important to sing the praises of the Nolting team for my “Nolting Experience”. First is the service; second is the quality. My machine and frame were delivered on a Sunday—how cool is that! It was not just dropped in boxes at my door but hand carried into our house by the “Caspersen Team” and assembled in our attic “studio”. Both my husband and I were trained on every aspect of the frame--set up, balancing, hydraulics, and all of the wonderful features of the machine. Nolting has a reputation for the exceptional expertise, care and concern of their representatives. The Caspersens ensured I was comfortable with all aspects of this wonderful machine and when they finished I had confidence! The Nolting staff at the home office really made the difference in my decision to select the 24 Pro. Their personal approach with me, the customer, gave me the feeling that they cared about my interests and my needs. For example, some months ago, by phone, they helped me trouble-shoot a small problem that I was having with my Fun Quilter, my beginner’s learning machine, although I had not even purchased it from Nolting. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of in today’s impersonal market. It is my belief that a product, no matter how inherently good it is, really is only as good as the service that comes with the package and continues after the money has changed hands. The 24 Pro machine, what can I say---it’s a dream. The Nolting Company is well known for the quality of its products and the Pro is the best of the best. So far I have completed one practice panel and now am working on a raw edge appliqué. I have successfully used a number of different threads, including monopoly, with no issues. Thanks to Nolting, this is “quilting heaven.” "

"Hi Dan, Just wanted you to know how great your Nolting quilting machines are. I purchased this machine in May at MQS and you came and set it up on July 3. A tornado hit our house on August 10, 2009. The tornado ripped the roof of the whole west side of our house, destroyed out building here on the farm. We still have a metal shed we can not find. We have walked the 80 acres of CRP ground it is no where to be found. We also had 3 1/2" of rain that poured all of the way thru the main floor and into the basement where my quilting studio is located. And the 3 other rain storms the next days before anything was removed from the house and studio. While most everything in the house and basement were lost .....the Nolting Pro came through it like a pro (pun intended!). This was on Monday and we were not able to get the machine out of the basement until Saturday. I was afraid that everything may have rusted and possibly would jam up when I started working with it again. And tearing it down and moving it to a new location also worried me. This machine is my baby! I oiled the bobbin race good before I started, and when I started it up to use it for the first time today, everything ran as though it had been placed there to start with and it had never seen a storm. I knew I was buying the right machine when I bought my Nolting Pro. As far as I am concerned, there is no other machine on the market than can top a Nolting. And the tech support team is the greatest too! Thanks for letting me share my story with you! "

"I just wanted to let you know that my new Pro Series 24 machine was delivered this past weekend and I am absolutely addicted! After only one practice round trying out everything, I had my first quilt up on the frame and quilted the very next day! I want to pass on my sincere thanks to Dan T who convinced both my husband and myself that it was the best machine for the money and to Mike H (dealer) who provided awesome training! You guys are the best! Thank you both for everything."

"And their customer service shines once again. Had bought a Hinterberg Stretch Frame. When it arrived, we noticed some "chewed up" spots on the wood -- nothing bad enough to completely ruin the frame, but not great. Husband took pictures, and I sent them to the dealer with a note that Hinterberg might want to be aware of it for quality control purposes. Shortly after, I got an e-mail from one of the Nolting folks, asking me to get in touch with him by phone, so we could sort through which parts were shown in the close-up photos. Once we got that squared away, he/Nolting shipped me the replacement parts -- one of which is the big left side of the frame. Amazing, just amazing. I hadn't asked for a replacement, they just wanted to make sure I had perfect parts."

"Hi, I just want to praise your support group. I called in December with a weird problem (dirt where the needle is placed) and your technician was very patient and walked me through the steps it took to fix the problem. He waited while I ran around getting the tools and made sure it was working. This was not the first time I have had to call tech support. Each time I have had the same experience of a person with patience and knowledge. That includes my dealer too. I have had the opportunity of recommending your company to a couple of people and will continue to do so for the reasons above as well as the quality of the machine. Thanks. "

"I met a nice lady at Paducah this year. She bought a used Nolting commercial machine back in 1993. She has done in excess of 500 quilts each year for over 20 years. She charges a modest $50 for most quilts. $50 x 20 years x 500+ = $500,000. Not to bad for a used Nolting longarm in the right hands."

"Hi Nolting Gang, I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate my new Pro. As an engineer myself I can see the quality of the construction of the machine and frame. I have upgraded from my first longarm to the Pro and I have to say it is well named. This is truly a professionals machine tool. Owning and using the other machine helped me to figure out what is important and what isn't and the Pro really has it all. It is easy to move and easy to operate. I don't even notice the hours slipping by as I quilt. It is so much fun when you have a quality tool. Thanks for making so a fine system."

"Hello Nolting, I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy my new Nolting longam. I am learning everyday. I am beginning to understand setting my tension as I try new threads and fabrics. I used to be intimidated by the thought of adjusting the tension but am getting better at it. I never realized how many variables there are with all the different threads, baking, batting and piecing that go into the tension setting on each unique quilt. I think it is now fun to figure it out. What a change for me. I really like how easy it is to adjust and to maintain. I like that I can do it all myself. I prefer being independent. Keep up the good work."

"end of August, I brought my quilting machine for repairs. The service I received was above and beyond what I could have expected. upon entering the building at 8 oclock, they started trying to determine the problem. Didn't take long to determine that everything was wore out. Began replacing parts while we waited. By noon we were ready to head for home. Mr. Novak and his employees were very friendly and dedicated to their service. I also appreciated that no pressure was applied to buy a new machine. Have had my machine for 27 years. Know if any problem should come up, wouldn't hesitate to make the trip again. Thank you"
